Sun has launched three new cartridge valves based on the new 740 Series coils that deliver similar performance at prices lower than the existing legacy valves they replace. Click on the links in the table below to access full technical specifications and performance curves for the new valves.
- DTCA (770-based valve) is replaced by DTCF (740-based valve)
- PRDL (770-based valve) is replaced by PRDF (740-based valve)
- PRDP (770-based valve) is replaced by PRDG (740-based valve)
The new valves offer improvements in terms of price and performance:
- Same cavity, same function - direct replacements for corresponding valves
- Less expensive with coil than our legacy valve products (770 Series)
- Zinc-nickel plating standard (no additional charge)
- Tested at full pressure to more than 1 million operational cycles
- Compatible with Sun's 740 Series solenoid coils
- Explosion-proof 747 Series coils available for all new valves
