Solenoid seqence valves

Sequence valves are used when you want to create systems with functions that operate in a particular order. It is very common, for example, to first have a hold or clamp function followed by processing of the material, for example cutting, bending or drilling.

After the solenoid sequence valve has reached the desired pressure, the flow continues

When the solenoid sequence valve has reached the desired pressure, the flow continues to the next function, this is not affected by the pressure caused by the valve. A check valve is needed for return flow, there are several cartridges that are combined with the sequence valve and check valve functions. They are found by searching for the designated letters SC **.

Proportionally controlled sequence valves control the pressure continuously

Proportionally controlled sequence valves can control the pressure level continuously and need to be controlled by an RBAP type pilot valve. These valves consist of SUN's T-8A, thus they can be screwed directly into the main valve for site optimization. The most common solenoid sequence valve model RBAP gives minimum pressure in a de-energized position, but there is also an inverted model RBAN where in a dxe-energized position it gives the set maximum pressure.
