Solenoid flow control FLeX - electro proportional valves H1 SUN Hydralic's FLeX series consists of electro-hydraulic products developed for both the mobile and industrial hydraulic markets.

Electro proportional valves in the FLeX series


Electro proportional valves are used when you want to control flow or pressure proportionally to an electrical signal. The valves are used to control cylinders and engines, and are available in normally closed NC and normally open NO mode. We also offer valves with a 3/2 function that are used to divert a flow when the valve is in de-energized position.

Note that the FLeX series uses 740 coils!

Market-leading electro proportional valves with many advantages


The products are designed to be market leading in their area, with the following advantages:

• Lower pressure drop and with a leakage of less than 1 drop/min.
• Designed and tested for 10 million cycles.
• The products are surface treated with zinc-nickel as standard, which means that the products can withstand 1,000 hours in a salt spray test.
• All products consist of SUN Hydraulics unique design with floating nose for pressures up to 350 bar.
• The series also includes three different versions of magnetic coils: 25W, 17W and explosion-proof (ATEX, IECEx and CSA certified).
